Do you ship internationally?
No unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage.
How long does shipping take?
Generally shipping is within 1 week (5 business days), However, we also offer Urgent/Overnight Delivery.
Will I be charged G.S.T?
All of our prices are Inclusive of G.S.T.

What forms of payments do you accept?
At the present we offer payment via Paypal, which is one of the safest way to purchase over the internet, and over the coming days we are working on getting our Visa & Mastercard facilities up and running as well.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
If an item is faulty we have a 100% customer guarantee that we will have the stock picked up, and supply the correct stock, at no cost to the customer. However, if you simply select the wrong item, and wish to return it, we have a 20% restocking fee. Please be extremely careful and ensure you have selected the correct products in your cart when ordering.

What is your returns policy?

Do you refund?
We do not offer refunds on items purchase by mistake, however in some events our customer service will credit your account with an amount if products are returned at your cost.
